01. No Data Collection
Today is a 100% offline application. We do not collect, store, transmit, or sell any of your personal data.

02. Local Storage
All your journal entries, settings, and metadata are stored locally on your device. You have full control over your data. If you uninstall the application without backing up your data, it will be permanently lost, as we have no copy of it.
03. "As Is" Content
The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement.
In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.
04. Support
As an offline tool built by a small team, we do not offer official support. There is no customer service team or help desk. We encourage users to backup their data regularly.
